A PaperWhimsy Amazing Alterables™ exclusive - our Feathered Circlets have a myriad of uses. They're like the little black dress of your art table. 

Use in card making, assemblage, collage... they are perfect for framing a face or creating a focal in your artworks. Three sizes to the set measure from approx 1.5" in diameter to 2.25" in diameter. Inner openings measure from approx 1" to 1.4"; you'll receive three circlets, as shown. Laser cut from our favorite eco-friendly wood fiberboard.
