Hello! Tina here today with my latest Creative Team project, a project that reflects a current love, hanging wall art! I moved into a new home several months ago, so I have been busily creating projects that can be displayed on all of my empty, bare walls.
The base of today's inspiration is from the 'Curious Hands Frame', and 2 'Winged Cameo' Amazing Alterables.
Each piece is layered with embossed adhesive foil and painted/sprayed layers. The trio of wings include a paint/spray base with micro-beads adhered to the surface. Both add a great texture feel to the project.
I used several Prima Relics & Artifacts faces to 2 of the pieces, painted to be somewhat realistic and raw. Behind each face is hand-crafted wings, made from dictionary paper, wire, and resin.
The bottom tier of my hanging art, includes a vintage tin spoon, decorated with jewelry findings and more Amazing Alterable pieces.
I am so happy with how this project turned out! It is whimsical, unique, and one-of-a-kind, just like me. ;)
As always, thank you for stopping by! Have a terrific day!
